Lake Arlington celebrates International Migratory Bird Day on May 15, from 1- 4 pm. This event is for participants of all ages. May is a peak migratory period, when birds travel long distances in their effort to reach breeding grounds. Learn more about these birds and how they enrich our lives. There will be a variety of information tables and displays, bird walks (12 pm and 2 pm) and an Illinois Raptor program with live birds of prey. No registration necessary for this free event.
