Edward Health & Fitness Center at Seven Bridges has lots of activities, on both land and in the water, for kids’ ages six weeks to 15 years. Our classes keep kids active and help them build habits that will keep them healthy for a lifetime. If you are looking for some fun & fitness, that’s what it, is all about. There are many classes for preschoolers to teens including basketball, hip hop, fitness extreme, swimming, yoga for kids, martial arts, soccer, preschool music and gymnastics. Edward Health & Fitness offers two birthday party packages including gym, pool with lifeguard, decorations & paper supplies & party host to organize games.
